Corey has significant experience particularly with respect to LLCs, buyouts and buy-sell agreements in corporations/ LLCs, structuring estate planning for the non-farm child(ren) vs. the child(ren) on the farm, mergers and acquisitions, all real estate matters and all general estate planning / trusts / probate and elder law issues.

He also assists in structuring entities for client’s bureau water concerns and general water law matters, together with reviewing and negotiating wind energy leases and real estate development projects.
